I present to you the most gourmet plate of weeds that you could possibly eat! Yes, weeds. You know, those things you rip out of the garden and toss away. Perhaps it’s time to redefine what we consider weeds.
Dolmades (Greek Stuffed Grape Leaves with Tomato and Meat Filling)
Each spring the family gathers together to participate in their most beloved activity: harvesting grape leaves. They pretty much hate it.

Avgolemono (Greek Egg and Lemon Sauce)

Tiropitakia (Greek Feta Cheese Pastry)
Think of them as little triangles of pure heaven. Crispy phyllo, tangy feta cheese, and a generous slathering of butter… yes, pure heaven.
Creamy White Wine Clam Sauce with Garlic and Rosemary
I don’t make this dish enough. Nowhere nearly enough. My medium boy reminds of this on a regular basis.
